You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is done at your own risk — the MyRO team will not mediate disputes over shared accounts. One person may own multiple accounts unless otherwise restricted by an active event rule.
The use of third-party programs, bots, macros, or exploits that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, auto-attackers, speed hacks, and item duplication exploits. Violations may result in a permanent ban without warning.
Harassment, hate speech, racism, or targeted abuse toward other players or staff will not be tolerated. Be respectful in public channels. Disputes should be raised via the Service Desk, not public chat. Staff decisions made in good faith are final.
All donations are voluntary contributions to help cover server costs. They are non-refundable. Donating does not entitle you to preferential treatment outside of the credits and items described on the donation page. Chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban.
MyRO is a free-to-play private server provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, rollbacks, wipes, or shut down the server at any time. The MyRO team is not liable for any loss of in-game progress or items.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the server after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced on the news page.
